umm... i donno wat to update leh. hahaha... lets see................... well, mon n tues i went back to sch to learn to cook asian cuisin. its much tougher then western but more fun. the chef that taught us to cook asian food is a really funny guy. but oso strick. which is gd. ahaha... tues, we cooked malay archar, chicken curry n nasi Kunyit (yellow glutinous rice). wah... its tough man... cos like we hav to pound shallots, garlic, ginger, etc into paste. normally ppl use blander to do it but we hav to use this thing to do it. i donno wats the name for it but its like a rock bowl n a rock pounder. haha. n i jus realised that asian food is really unhealthy but it taste gd. the amount of oil we use is crazy. like for the curry, we can use like 40ml of oil. hahaha... n for the archar, abt 20ml. hahah... n after the hard work of cooking, we tasted the food n its nice. hehe. but when i look up n started to look at ppl ard me, i notice that all their uniform r all dirty. haha like mine. dirty from all the pounding n curry splashing onto the unifor. i wonder how is the stain gonna go off. haha.
after cooking, we didn't hav time for lunch so we packet the food that we cook n headed to our next class. its theory. haha. when we went there, the projector didn't work so chef hav to jus read it out n many many were falling aslp. n many were eating in class. eating the curry n stuff. n the whole classroom smelled with curry.
after class, went to meet abi for ben n jerry's. cos yesterdae was free cone dae in ben n jerry's. but when we reach there, we look up n saw that the queue was crazy. i wont ever queue for an ice-cream that long. saw some ppl coming down with the ice-cream cone in their hands. its so small i tell u. its like if i put the whole cone in my mouth, i could like finish it in 2 bites. so we headed out n hav our dinner. haha which is my chicken curry n rice. haha.
todae, its the start of our attachment. but to many others, they wont be starting anytime soon cos they hav nt found their place to work yet. all the best guys. for me, i've found a place to work le but jus that i dont think i will be starting to work this week cos they need to hav the medical results first. which i think will be ard a week to precess. n i hope that they can call us to work by next week. cos the later u work, the later u graduate.
umm... lets see wat i'll cook next week........ erm................ pineapple pajri, beef rendang =) n tomato rice. yum yum.... got appetizer, rice n dish. one whole meal.... just that no drinks. haha...
