i realise that this week is a fast week for me... its oready thurs n in an hour time, its fri n comes the cny holidays. really looking forward to the holidaes n get some rest n fun.
This week hav been practical, practical n practical. due to the holidays coming ahead, they hav push forward some of the practicals. but i wont be complaining cos actually, i would prefer to hav practical then to hav theory. during theory, i would feel so slpy n stone n i'll be keeping myself awake by eat snacks, sweets or playing game on my fone. i will start toking alot in class n stuff. haha...
This past few daes, i hav been learning to cook chicken n stuff but i realised that even when i learn to cook this kind of dishes, i cant cook it at home. cos u need to roast the chicken in the gas oven but at home, i dont hav one. only a microwave oven that would even help abit. haha... so im looking forward to cook some dishes that maybe i could cook it at home. or for my frens or maybe even for occations. sometimes i jus think wat will i do in the future. as in in my working life. since im taking this course n im loving it, maybe i'll be a chef. hopfully i can succeed in this line. thinking of my future.
Todae i tok to tany abt this wierd topic called "marriage". it might seems like marriage is along way from now but come to think of it, maybe not. maybe if for tany, he is 24 this yr. n if he was to get married by 27, its like only 3 yrs from now. n before u noe it, he is oready a dad. haha...
anyway, todae i had practical. learn to roast chicken n grill chicken. learn to debone the chicken oso. n there was a point i get so frustrated with my teacher. he keeps naggina n nagging man. sometimes jus ask him qus, he hav to shout... hiyo... then after practical, headed to matthew hse where tany, yingnuo, sam, vic n mf is oready there playing boardgames. of cos ally n julian is there too. hehe. after that, auntie valerie cook for us this simple but delicious dish. first time having it this way. its like we had prata. but in that prata, we put tuna, chilli sauce, mayo, eggs, sauages n veg. yum yum... then after dinner, headed to matt room to continue our game. it was fun fun fun. soon, its 9 n we headed back home.
Tmr will be another practical for me. learning to cook fish finger... maybe this i can cook for others. haha. thats all for now... going to bed now.
